Support Group for Sexual Assault Survivors

Are you a woman-identified sexual assault survivor?

Do you want to connect with other survivors?

Do you want to learn skills to manage emotions?

 

If this sounds like you, join our 10-week sexual assault survivor group. Group meets via telehealth through Summit Psychotherapy Center on Wednesday evenings from 6-7 PM, starting in mid-April or early May.

 

This group provides a supportive space to share experiences, build emotional regulation skills, and focus on healing. Facilitated by Stanford-trained psychologist Dr. Kayleigh Watters, who specializes in working with survivors of complex trauma and sexual assault, this group incorporates tools from Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

 

Group is available to individuals who live in California. The fee for group is $100/session with a reduced rate of $25/session for college students. Prior to joining group, you will be asked to schedule an intake meeting with Dr. Watters to discuss your hopes for group and to determine whether group is a good fit for your current goals. The fee for a one-time intake appointments is $385 with a reduced rate of $75 for college students.
