About

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California (PSY 35885) providing individual psychotherapy via Telehealth, currently accepting new patients.

I provide culturally informed evidence-based psychotherapies to adults with a variety of presenting problems including PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and ADHD. My values within clinical work include transparency, safety, creativity, and collaboration. I aim to create a safe and accepting space while working toward change that is ultimately rooted in your values. Our collaborative space can include work toward symptom reduction, acceptance-based strategies, connection with values, skills building, and personal growth.

I am a certified provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in other evidence-based psychotherapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Written Exposure Therapy.

In addition to my work at Summit Psychotherapy Center, I am a staff psychologist with the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (PAVA) and provide evidence-based psychotherapies to Veterans. I am also a faculty internship advisor with Palo Alto University and provide mentorship to students applying to doctoral level internships.

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, walking with my two dogs, baking with sourdough, and making pasta sauce from my Italian American heritage.
