What to Expect in Individual Therapy?

Your Therapy Journey

In individual therapy, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to talk openly and explore what’s on your mind. Your therapist is there to listen, understand, and help you work through challenges, gain clarity, and grow at your own pace.
Initial Consultation (Free 15 Minutes)
We offer a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your concerns and determine if our practice is a good fit for your needs and goals.
Collaborative Intake Assessment
Your first few sessions focus on understanding your challenges, exploring your goals, and collaboratively developing a personalized treatment plan.
Active Treatment Phase
Weekly 45–50-minute sessions (some specialized treatments require 90 minutes) where you work with your therapist using evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs.
Progress Monitoring & Completion
Evidence-based treatments typically range from 16-20 sessions, though complex issues may benefit from longer treatment. We continuously monitor progress and adjust our approach to ensure you’re moving toward your goals.
