-
Distress Tolerance (12 sessions) – Cope with crises and overwhelming emotions and learn how to accept even painful realities so that you can stop making things worse and start living.
-
Emotion Regulation (20 sessions) – Understand and care for your emotions, reduce vulnerability and build resiliency, and learn self-compassion through common trauma-related emotions including guilt, shame, disgust, and powerlessness.
-
Interpersonal Effectiveness (12 sessions) – Figure out how trauma impacts relationship patterns, learn to ask for what you need, build and maintain healthy balanced relationships
